We are on Military Road on Sydney's lower north shore, a few minutes from North Sydney, Cremorne, Kirribilli, Mosman and Kurraba Point.

Open seven days. The cabinet is filled by hand every morning, so the earlier you come the more there is to choose from. The crepe window runs 10.30am to 2pm.

The bakehouse

Unit 4, 7-9 Spireton Place, Pendle Hill NSW 2145.

Open 6am to 2pm. This is the wholesale operation and it is not a shop, so it is not set up for walk-in customers. For trade enquiries, start on the wholesale page.

Collecting an order

Everything ordered on this site is click and collect from the shop on Military Road. We do not post anything. We will let you know when your order is ready, and it will be waiting under your name.

You choose the day and time when you order. Pastries, individual cakes and bread can be collected tomorrow if you order before 9am. Anything made whole for your order, a cake, a tart or a quiche, needs two days.

A croquembouche or a celebration cake is not something you buy off the shelf. Send us the details and Jean-Marc comes back with a price and confirms the date before anything is paid.
